GET,PUT,DELETE,OPTIONS/v1/Attachment/{AttachmentId}
POST,OPTIONS/v1/Attachment/{TableName}/{FieldName}/{RecordId}
POST,OPTIONS/v1/Attachment/{TableName}/{FieldName}/{RecordId}/{NeedsOCR}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .jsv suffix or ?format=jsv
